This is executive coaching grounded in philosophy: the art of thinking well about what matters.
We work with real decisions and real pressures. I use philosophical tools - clear questioning, conceptual precision, ethical reflection, and perspective-taking - to help you see the situation as it is, and choose wisely.
I work both 1-on-1 and in small groups.
In our work together, you will:
- Gain clarity about the problem - and about yourself
- Surface trade-offs, assumptions, and what truly matters
- Make decisions you can stand behind
Two tracks, one conversation
Our work usually runs on two tracks at once:
Track 1: Immediate challenges
We work directly on the decisions, conflicts, and pressures you’re facing right now, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Track 2: Capacity for the future
As we work on real problems, we also build the deeper skills and character that make future challenges easier to navigate: sharper judgment, better questioning, steadier courage, clearer values, and more deliberate action.
In other words: you get help with today’s problems and you become the kind of leader who handles tomorrow’s problems better.
What this isn’t
- Not therapy or clinical support
- Not generic motivation or “high performance” hype
- Not abstract and cliched advice-giving
Who this is for
This is a strong fit if
- You want rigorous, honest thinking support
- You want to be challenged
- You value intellectual depth over convenient banalities
- You are prepared to do the work
Not a fit if ...
- You want quick answers without doing the thinking
- You want a fixed framework applied to every problem
- You are looking for counselling/therapy rather than coaching
- You want confirmation rather than challenge
Fit isn't everything in coaching, but it sure is a lot. So I'll only work with you if I believe the fit is right.
